Cigi is an Olympic mascot competition candident made out of cigarettes by Patty and Selma.

History

Cigi was created and entered into the Springfield Olympics mascot competition by Patty and Selma. When the Springfield mascot was chosen and Cigi didn't win, Patty and Selma take off an arm each and smoke them (saying the glue gives it an extra punch).
