Clan of the Cave Mom is the thirteenth episode of Season 35.
Synopsis[]
A parenting disagreement between Marge and Luann Van Houten escalates into a life-or-death struggle for survival.
Plot[]
As the episode starts, the kids are watching a 4D documentary on Ice Age at the Museum of Anthropology. Marge got annoyed by these messages that the homeowners are complaining about toys being left on the lawn. Principal Skinner told Marge to keep it down to let the kids listen to Ice Age. After the film ends, Bart complains that there’s nothing to eat at the museum cafeteria. Marge attempts to point out to the kids, but Bart walks away from her. Milhouse tells Bart that his father got a ticket for the Violencia Gigante concert. Bart asks Marge if he wants to go to the Violencia Gigante concert, but she’s not sure just yet. Bart and Milhouse then messing up with a catapult and breaks. Milhouse told Bart to get away from it.
At home, Marge forbids Bart from going to the Violencia Gigante concert after Lisa plays the original song. Bart calls Luann to attempts to convince Marge to let him go, but she no longer invited due to a bad friend. Marge freaks out over Bart’s bad friend about what Luann said to him. Marge tells Homer to get his father to watch his children at home to go to Milhouse's house to talk with Milhouse's parents. Grampa arrived at his house in the rain and Homer tells him why it took so long. At Milhouse's house, Marge talks Luann about Bart's feel. Luann told Marge that Bart getting worse. As they storm out of the house, Marge tells Homer to buy a ticket for the Violencia Gigante concert for Bart. Marge doesn't matter how much it cost.
Back home, Homer is looking to buy a ticket from various ticket websites. In the grocery store, as cave Homer kills a deer in the past, Homer finally purchased a Front Row Club for the concert. At the playground, after Homer purchased a ticket, Bart tells Nelson, Martin, and Lewis to come to the concert, leaving without Milhouse. Marge gets angry as Luann approach a microphone and she states that Marge is bullying to her son Milhouse and Marge confronts her. Marge packed an extra lunch for Milhouse because she felt sorry for him. Ms. Peyton and Mr. Largo then pulled away from fighting each other.
In the parking at Naming Rights Still Available Arena, Marge taking Bart, Nelson, Martin, and Lewis to the Violencia Gigante concert. At a booth, Marge handed a paper to Raphael, but he doesn't accept paper and must use the app. She calls Homer to use the app, but he deleted both the apps (including password manager). She broke up with Homer by calling him "traitor" and ends the call due to Homer with Kirk doing their fantasy football. Marge was unable to enter the arena without it. Raphael told Marge to turn around, but she refused to give up and, enraged, drove at high speed to enter anyway. Marge, Bart, Nelson, Martin, and Lewis leave the car and run toward the arena, but dead ahead. She threw Bart, Nelson, Martin, and Lewis over a fence and she climbed over. Marge tricks Squeaky-Voiced Teen that two people carry the outside food. Marge finally enters the arena while they're distracted. She spews butter on the floor and takes the photos with a flash to blind them and finally got in the Front Row Club.
In the Front Row Club, Milhouse tell Luann why he could let invites Bart. Marge came and apologized Luann what she had done. Back to the past, as the episode ends, the rest of Simpson family are eating new meat, which the wolf as pet is part of family.
Prehistoric Sequence[]
The time skips 20,000 years ago. When the cave Simpson family are hungry, Marge starts hunting and kills a snake with a rock and then starts eating.
An attacking wolf about to kill Bart, but he saved by Marge. At home, all the children were hungry, and Grampa gave up his meal and gave to his grandchildren and walked outside the snowstorm.
Homer chases after a deer with a spear to hunt them down through the brambles. He climbs up the mountain and continues chasing a deer. When a deer gets tired, Homer manages to kill a deer.
The wolf once again, Marge protects her children from harm and starts attacking the wolf. However, the wolf attacked her, but eventfully Homer came to save her from harm. The wolf then destroyed the home and ran off.
The family starts climbing the large gap, but the wolf returns after the children reached the large gap. As Marge breaks up Homer in the present-day, the wolf grabs Homer and has thrown into a spike that kills him. Marge starts charging to reach the large gap with a spear. She grabs a tree to use as a bridge to cross it. Marge with her children reached the mountain but encountered the wolf once again. As Marge apologizes to Bart in the present-day, the lightning strikes a blunder and falls into the wolf. She will give the final showdown, but the wolf gives up and surrenders. She has no mercy and rescues the wolf.

A week after the episode aired, it received great reviews from fans and critics. The creator of Primal, Genndy Tartakovsky who also enjoyed the episode. He said on Instagram, "Here’s a Simpsons Primal Homer and my Homer in Primal style. Thank You and right back atcha!"[1]
