Clancey Stillman was the son of Omar Stillman and Ettiwanda Trownse. His siblings were named Clowta Stillman, Clem Stillman, Ogilvie Stillman and Dewey Stillman. He was a deacon as stated in The Simpsons Uncensored Family Album. He somewhat resembles Jacques.
