It was a fair. Chief Wiggum cheated at the three legged race, Moe's friends were drunk, and Nelson had third base in Baseball. Homer spread the rumor of the Slobberwacky to Bart. Bart ran into the caves, when he saw Barney, who looked like the supposed Slobberwacky. He accidentally knocked him out.
