The Clown is a parody of the Joker, yet featuring a completely different design mostly mimicking the likeness of Heath Ledger.
History[]
At some point in his life he was sent to Arkham Elementary for the Criminally Insane, and eventually went to take Nelson there after Springfield Elementary School was supposedly closing, yet before Nelson was able get on the bus it explodes with Joker in it, he is nowhere to be seen in the flaming wreckage meaning he was presumably killed. This explosion was most likely caused by him considering his alleged reputation as the Joker.
Trivia[]
Unlike the previous Joker modeled after Caesar Romero, this Joker was modeled more after Heath Ledger.
