Colby Redfield is the son of Augustus Redfield and a member of the board of directors for RedStar. He makes his first and only appearance in "Meat Is Murder".
He was voiced by Paul F. Tompkins.

Colby, Mav and Sheila were plotting to oust Gus as the CEO of RedStar and put Sheila in charge, as they believed that Gus was too old for the job. When Gus brought Grampa and Lisa to meet his children, Colby told Gus that he was going to start a religion where Gus was the Jesus of it.
During the board meeting, Sheila brought up the proposal to remove Gus with a vote of no confidence. Colby, Mav, and Sheila all voted for it, with the other board members voting against it. When Grampa also voted against it, Gus revealed that he knew that his children were plotting against him, and he brought Grampa in to stop them. Gus then kicked his children out of the company, with Colby trying to change his mind by telling Gus that he loved him and that he smelled good.
