Cookie Kwan and Joe Quimby's son is a son of Mayor Quimby and Cookie Kwan.
History
After Mayor Quimby's sexual scandals were found out, Cookie Kwan came to Joe and showed their son to him. Quimby said that the baby wasn't his and ordered one of his bodyguards to take care about the baby. The bodyguard took the baby and gave him sunglasses. The baby later returned to his natural mother who was holding him while protesting.
