Cornelia Burns was the daughter of Daphne Charles and an unkonwn father (as says under her name and picture in The Simpsons Uncensored Family Album). Her siblings were named Charles, George, Zeph and Cornelius. She married Sancho Hernandez and they had one child, Pepita.
