Crazy Dog Man is a man who owns many dogs. He seems to temporarily be a love interest of the Crazy Cat Lady.
Description
He has a bag in which he holds his dogs, unlike the Crazy Cat Lady, whose cats follow her around. He wears a brown trapper hat, a blue jacket with a light green scarf, an unkempt gray shirt, and grayish-brown trousers with patches on them.
History
Once he and the Crazy Cat Lady get together, their dogs and cats start fighting, although there is no attempt to stop them.
