Cuba

Cuba is an island country located in the Caribbean, about ninety miles south of the Florida coast.

History[]

Cuba appears on Bart's globe.^[1]

Homer, Mr. Burns and Smithers visit Cuba when they are on the run from the U.S. Federal Government. Mr. Burns tries to buy Cuba with a trillion-dollar bill, but Fidel Castro steals the bill and the trio are forced out of the country.^[2]

In the next appearance Julio takes Smithers there for a "Romantic trip" that ends out miserably.^[3]

The Simpsons came here to get Abe to receive better health care, after the healthcare in Springfield was a flop.^[4]
