Darryl Peyton is an oboist for the Springfield Symphony Orchestra and the husband of Rayshelle Peyton. He makes his first appearance in "My Octopus and a Teacher."
He is unvoiced.
Biography[]
Rayshelle and Darryl moved to Springfield from Ghana so that Darryl could join the Springfield Symphony Orchestra, as he did not make the Ghana orchestra.
Bart admits Rayshelle Peyton that he was the child she saved from drowning and quietly explains everything to her. At Springfield Elementary School, Darryl visits Ms. Peyton brings her flowers, and they share a kiss. Bart becomes upset by this, as he has feelings for Ms. Peyton.
During the school project presentation, Darryl was playing the oboe, but Bart ended up ruining everything, causing the presentation to end abruptly.[1]
While Darryl and Rayshelle seen at Springfield Mall, Lisa and Shauna were walking together, discussing how Shauna had been fired from several jobs.[2]
Behind the Laughter[]
Following Darry and Rayshelle is new teacher for Bart Simpson's 4 Grade at Springfield Elementary School. Edna passed away on November 2013. Edna's last appearance was in the Season 25 episode "Four Regrettings and a Funeral."
