David Herman (born February 20, 1967) is an American actor, comedian, and voice actor. He is best known for being a member of the original cast of the FOX sketch show, MADtv, and appearing on Mike Judge's live-action movies, such as Idiocracy and Office Space. Over on the voice acting front, Herman has voiced various starring and recurring characters on such animated series as Futurama, Brickleberry, Paradise P.D., OK K.O.! Let's Be Heroes, and King of the Hill. Herman voiced Scruffy the janitor on the Simpsons/Futurama crossover episode "Simpsorama."
