David L. Lander (June 22, 1947 — December 4, 2020) was an American actor, comedian, composer, musician, and baseball scout. He voiced Squiggy, a character he previously played on Laverne & Shirley, in "Helter Shelter". He also did the voice of Arthur in the 1996 Disney TV show Jungle Cubs. Prior to playing Squiggy, Lander worked with both Simpsons co-producer James L. Brooks and Marge voice Julie Kavner on the 1975 Rhoda episode "Call Me Grandma."
