David Michael Stern (credited as David M. Stern) is an American writer who used to be a creative consultant, producer and writer for The Simpsons. He is the brother of actor Daniel Stern and worked with his brother on The Wonder Years.[1] He has also written several episodes of Monk. He was also a production assistant on the film Mystic Pizza. He is currently serving as executive producer for the series Ugly Americans, which he created.
