The title of this article is conjectural. Though the topic is found within The Simpsons universe, a proper name is not available.

The Debt Collector is an employee of the First Bank of Springfield. Homer Simpson asks him for extension on his mortgage payment after an unintelligent investment. However, the Debt Collector refuses because his computer reveals that Homer's credit history is poor; he has been pre-declined by every major credit card company. He also learns that Homer grabbed a dog by the hind legs and pushed him around like a vacuum cleaner in the third grade. He tells Homer that he will foreclose his house if he doesn't come up with the money.
