The Donut Lawyer is an inhabitant of Homer Simpson's imaginary Planet of the Donuts. When Homer is put on trial of the crime of eating half of the planet's population, he defends Homer. However, before he can finish his arguments, Homer begins eating him, evidencing Homer's guilt. The Donut Judge sentences him guilty, so that he will be eaten by the Giant Donut.
