- This is the last episode to air before The Walt Disney Company's purchase of 20th Century Fox, the show's production company, was completed on March 20th. Although, Disney still kept 20th Century Fox Film Corporation copyright name and its 20th Century Fox Television logo under its new spin-off company, Fox Corporation.

Goofs[]
- In old episodes, like Season 1's Bart the General and The Telltale Head, Bart is shown to be able to sit on Homer's lap with no side effects occuring, but in this episode, when Bart tried to sit on Homer, Homer's leg began breaking or getting inflicted with pain, and Bart said "I think I'm too old." before he sat on Homer, implying that it's Bart's age that is causing this, but Bart's age remained the same throughout all of the Simpsons franchise since 1987. With the show's large amounts of negative continuity, would this really be so much of a surprise? Also, there are possibilities that would justify this, like how it may be actually Bart's weight causing Homer the pain, but he doesn't know that, or he meant by "too old" as in he thinks sitting on adults laps is for younger-aged kids.
Censorship[]
- On the premiere on November, 22nd, 2022 Channel 4 cut these four scenes.
- Homer saying "Oh my god he's playing with himself! On the video game" was cut.
