El Divo is a Brazilian soccer player. according to a game narrator, he is the "Greatest master of the fake injuries", because he throws himself to the ground every hit he gets (also known as "Flopping"). When he fell in the World Cup finals against Germany, Some Gangsters tried to make Homer give a penalty to Brazil, but Lisa told Homer he was just pretending, and they carry on with the game, leading Germany to win the World Cup. In the end of the episode, his ghost is seen getting out of a grave and walking off angry at Homer.
He is a parody of Neymar Jr, a real life Brazilian soccer player also known for flopping.
