Eugene Boris Mirman (July 24, 1974) is a Russian-American actor, comedian, and writer who known for voicing Yvgeny Mirminsky in Delocated and Gene Belcher in Bob's Burgers.
In The Simpsons, he voiced Gene Belcher in couch gag of "My Way or the Highway to Heaven".
