The Everything's Okay Alarm was invented by Homer Simpson in the episode The Wizard of Evergreen Terrace. As implied by the name, it emits a loud smoke-alarm-like sound every three seconds to inform listeners that everything is okay. According to Homer, it can't be turned off, but does break easily.
