Marge and Lisa once visited the store to buy some things for Ned's and Edna's wedding party.
Luann, Helen and Bernice criticized Marge and she was forced to invite them all to the party.

The store's name is a pun on the expression "fait accompli", which literally means "accomplished fact" and is used to refer to something that's already been done.
