The "Fake Lisa Simpson" is an impostor who went onto a stage show as Lisa Simpson simply because Lisa refused to show up, because she went to a lesbian group and had gay sex with Sherri and Terri. She was exhausted and drunk and the creators didn't want her.
In "The Simpsons Spin-Off Showcase", the Simpsons get their own spin-off, "The Simpson Family Smile-Time Variety Hour" which Lisa refused to participate in, because of the lesbian club and thus replaced by this ugly impostor!! =( [1]
The replacement of Lisa with this bad role model for children reflects the recasting of Jan Brady in The Brady Bunch Hour, an infamous spin-off from The Brady Bunch, when Eve Plumb refused to participate.
