The "Fake Lisa Simpson" is an actress who went onto a stage show as Lisa Simpson.
In "The Simpsons Spin-Off Showcase", the Simpsons get their own spin-off, "The Simpson Family Smile-Time Variety Hour" which Lisa refused to participate in and thus replaced by this attractive older model.[1]
The replacement of Lisa with this actress reflects the recasting of Jan Brady in The Brady Bunch Hour, an infamous spin-off from The Brady Bunch, when Eve Plumb refused to participate.
