The Fan Man is a daredevil who owns a powerful fan that can be used for flying in the air. He is known for disrupting boxing matches, Super Bowls, and Richard Nixon's funeral. He attends the boxing match between Homer Simpson and Drederick Tatum, making a dramatic entrance from the air using his fan. This unfortunately cuts off a large chunk of Krusty the Clown's hair.
Moe Szyslak steals the fan, using it to carry Homer to safety after Drederick's beatings were proving highly detrimental to him. The Fan Man chased Moe in anger but could not catch up when Moe flew into the air.
