The Fat Baby is an unnamed baby that was at Ayn Rand School for Tots with Maggie.
History
At school, Maggie was taken the area for "everyone else", based on her average intelligence. When she tried to make some friends and paint something, but all the colors were quickly taken. Then she saw the fat baby, drinking some craft materials.
While Gerald was chasing Maggie, the fat baby was seen again, sitting on the train.
