Bart Simpson has been seen as female many times during some dreams, hallucinations, and flash-forwards. In Skinner's Sense of Snow, he/she was seen as a girl in some of Homer's dreams/hallucinations, along with Camel Lisa. In a separate dream in the same episode, Camel Flanders was seen. In We're on the Road to D'oh-where, he/she was shown as an adult cocktail waitress at a Las Vegas casino in Homer's daydream.
