The Female Golem was the wife of the Male Golem.
Marge and Lisa Simpson made the Female Golem out of Play-Doh to be the mate of the Male Golem. She was beautiful but spoke with an obnoxious voice, one that happened to be perfect for the male golem. Homer grabbed an axe and advanced on her, saying "Well, back to the drawing board," before the Male Golem stopped him and said she was perfect.
The Female Golem and the Male Golem were later married in a Jewish wedding.
Behind the Laughter
The Jewish female golem, with her motley dress and obnoxious voice, is probably a nod to Fran Drescher's character in the series The Nanny.
