Selma is taken to get plastic surgery, paid for by Fat Tony.
Homer and Bart also drove past it after Patty stepped out of the clinic with a fluffy tail that was attached.
Homer later went here to get stomach staples and plastic surgery in order to be more attractive to his wife Marge. Not long later, Homer returned to the clinic and demanded that he wants to get every single plastic surgery procedure that they can perform on him.
