In the episode Lisa the Beauty Queen, Principal Skinner is confronted by the blue-haired lawyer accompanied by two other lawyers. The blue-haired lawyer tells Skinner "'The Happiest Place on Earth' is a registered Disneyland copyright" Skinner replies saying that it's a small school carnival, the blue-haired lawyer replies saying that it's heading for a great big lawsuit and states that Skinner made a big mistake, Skinner tells the lawyers that they also made a big mistake, getting an ex-green beret mad. He then attacks one lawyer with two fingers to the neck, the blue-haired lawyer with a kick to the chest. The third one runs away, Skinner throws the lawyers' briefcase at the fleeing lawyer, knocking him down after said lawyer was hit in the head by the case thrown by Skinner. Then Skinner walks off saying "Copyright expired." This scene is a parody of Crocodile Dundee throwing a can at a mugger running away with a lady's purse and knocking the mugger down after he was struck by said can.

In the episode Boy-Scoutz 'n the Hood, Moe Szyslak and Hans Moleman have a knife fight on the street. Hans Moleman, unimpressed by Moe's knife says: "You call that a knife? This is a knife!" and draws a knife so large that it causes him to trip over. This scene is a parody of the most famous scene from "Crocodile Dundee" where Crocodile Dundee is threatened by some robbers with a switchblade and says: "That's not a knife… THAT's a knife.", while drawing a large Bowie knife. The robbers flee in panic as a result.

In the episode Bart vs. Australia, the US Department of State shows The Simpsons a slide show where he explains that back in the 1980s Australian culture was rather popular in the US. One of the pictures he shows is Paul Hogan in his Crocodile Dundee outfit. Later in the episode the knife scene from the film is spoofed again, when an Australian tells Bart: "You call that a knife? THIS is a knife", while he shows him a spoon. Bart corrects the man's statement whereupon he replies: "All right, all right. You win. I see you played knifey-spooney before."
