Flanders’ Santa was a Christmas-ornament owned by the Flanders family that appeared briefly in Simpsons Roasting on an Open Fire. It sits atop 744 Evergreen Terrace and repeatedly says "Ho Ho Ho" in a robotic tone. It is later taken down and doesn't return next year. When the Simpsons first see it, it waves its hands when it says "Ho Ho Ho", but when Homerviews it later, the hand doesn't move. It first appears while Homer, Bart, Lisa and Maggie stand outside their house, as Homer attempts to get Christmas lights on his house - with dismal results. At the exact moment Ned Flanders and Todd are both outside turning their lights on, with a masterpiece of a light show, humiliating Homer, although he attempts to find fault.
