As you all know, in The Simpsons Movie, Grampa said "A thousand eyes, trapped forever". People think that the thousand eyes bit is referring to the Multi-eyed squirrel. I, however, feel it is referring to the people of Springfield.
The town is big and could well have 500 people living in it, meaning a thousand eyes. Trapped forever.
Well, what do you think? ☆The Solar Dragon (Talk - Contribs.)☆ 10:40, July 4, 2010 (UTC)
- I think the same thing. Although, I'm not really sure... Effluvium talk contributions email 10:51, July 4, 2010 (UTC)
- I don't think it is. He states 3 different warnings, "A thousand eyes", "Trapped for ever" and "EPA". They took a pause between them on purpose.. --Lewis Cawte (Talk - Contact) 10:54, July 4, 2010 (UTC)
- I don't know. It would make more sense as the squirrel if its used as a warning. If hes getting a vision or a message from above, then a thousand eyes is more striking than say twenty-two eyes. Kingcjc 11:02, July 4, 2010 (UTC)
- Exactly. The squirrel does not have a thousand eyes does it? ☆The Solar Dragon (Talk - Contribs.)☆ 11:28, July 4, 2010 (UTC)
