The way I see it, Barney was like John Lennon, for having a girl like Yoko break up the band. Apu was like Ringo Starr, for having his name changed to have more zing. Seymour was probably like Ringo, for having a lower voice and being described as the funny one. And that clearly leaves Homer as Paul McCartney. Although this episode was excellent and almost every reference was related to the Beatles, there were consistent goofs. For example, [[Santa's Little Helper]] appeared in 1985, but he became the Simpsons pet in 1990. Older pictures of Bart and Lisa appeared in the bedroom, when they were only rug rats. There are many other mistakes in this episode which you can see for yourself. Some of them are well hidden, but the others are obvious. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give this episode an 8, but the other two numbers aren't added to my opinion due to the numerous mistakes.
