The Fossil Fuels Agent is a man involved with advocating for fossil fuels as a form of energy. After learning from Hans Moleman that solar energy can work well without the environmental consequences of fossil fuels, he knocks Moleman out. He then recruits Joey Crusher and Lowblow to take down the solar energy stand at the National Energy Convention and replace it with a fossil fuel stand.
