Françoise Bouvier (née Billout) was the daughter and only child of Philippe Billout and Mignon DeBoeuf. She was the wife of Antoine Bouvier and had Pépé Bouvier, Monique Bouvier, Lalique Bouvier, Fifi Bouvier and Coquette Bouvier. Like most Bouvier women, she smoked. She is Marge's great-grandmother.
