The Glass Truck is a traffic vehicle shown in Level 1 from The Simpsons: Hit & Run.
The truck was shown with Krusty the Clown holding a buzz cola as those advertise glass screens were shown all around Springfield.
Oddly, it is called "glastruc" in the game's coding
