Marge, Lisa, and Maggie do not appear in this episode.
- This is the 2nd short where they do not appear, with only Homer & Bart making attendance, which previously happened back in Bart Jumps in Season 1.
- This is also the 1st Simpsons short to not feature Maggie.

This is the first episode to not have any girls in this.
As of this short Bart is the only character to appear in every Simpsons short. He is also the only character to appear in every canon episode (If one is counting the Simpsons shorts as canon), the only episode he doesn't appear in is the non-canon "Four Great Women and a Manicure".
Although it’s the twentieth short released, it was the eleventh to be produced in production order, thus it was made in 1987.
