The grilled crayon sandwich was a sandwich containing crayons and thumbtacks made by Ralph Wiggum as an entry Auntie Ovenfresh Bakeoff but was rejected. At first, Clancy Wiggum takes a pretend bite. Seeing that Ralph is disappointed, he takes a real bite and Ralph asks if he could taste the thumbtacks. Clancy responds with "Oh, crap!", realizing the thumbtacks he ate would impale him internally.
