Gummy Joe is a man who is a Springfield Nuclear Power Plant employee. He has one tooth, which he calls "Chomper". He has lost all of the others and his chomper is still in his mouth only because of the dental plan. He uses his chomper to open cans. He is on a package of bubble gum as "Toothless Joe".[1] He also slightly resembles the Old Jewish Man.
