Harold "Harry" Morgan (April 10, 1915 - December 7, 2011) was an American actor and comedian. He has made over 100 film appearances.

In The Simpsons, Morgan appeared in "Mother Simpson" as Bill Gannon, his character from Dragnet (1967-70). In addition to Dragnet, he was famous for his role as Sherman T. Potter on M*A*S*H (1975-83).
