Henry Kissinger was the United States Secretary of State from 1973-1977, and was notable for signing the Paris Peace Accords. He visited Charles Montgomery Burns at the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant, but unfortunately dropped his glasses at the toilet. He was too embarrassed to admit his mistake. Consequently, he was later hospitalized for walking into a wall.
