Herbert Powell is Homer Simpson's Half Brother. He was "made" at the fair when a prostitute had sex with Abraham Simpson, Homer's father. Herbert became rich with his Car Company. When Homer eventually found him, the two Brothers made a Deal. Homer made a Car which cost Herbert Millions and made Herbert Broke. He left, and told Homer that as Far as he was concerned, he had no Brother. Right. A few years later, Herbert came back, broke, and begged his Brother Homer for a Place to stay.
