Herman Joseph Bouvier was the brother of Chester, Arthur, Clancy, Charlene and JoJo Bouvier, the paternal uncle of Patty, Selma, and Marge Bouvier, the brother-in-law of Jacqueline Bouvier, the maternal granduncle of Bart, Lisa, and Maggie Simpson, and the uncle-in-law of Homer Simpson on his father-in-law's side.
