The hick boy is a student at Springfield Elementary School.
History[]
He is seen surrounding Bart with Nelson, Jimbo, Dolph, Kearney and White Weasel. He tells Bart that he looks goofy. He disappears when the bullies then start to beat him, but Bart escapes and is later saved by Martin.
