Hillary Clinton when Itchy becomes President.

She first appeared in "I Love Lisa", where she was seen alongside her husband as guests during Krusty the Clown's 29th anniversary special on President's Day.

She appears in the shorts The Debateful Eight and 3 a.m., and is mentioned during Homer Votes 2016, all of them about the 2016 presidential election. She is also mentioned in "E. Pluribus Wiggum", where she is implied to be running for President, and also forced her husband Bill Clinton to post the signs as his punishment for past events. She appeared in The Simpsons Movie when Itchy becomes President during the Itchy & Scratchy Movie.

In The Simpsons Game, she appeared in 2 cutscenes from Mob Rules, appearing in the newspaper banning Grand Theft Scratchy for kids, and at the end of the level, where she is in the mob protesting video game violence. In Grand Theft Scratchy, she appears in the cutscene at the end, congratulating Marge and Lisa for making Grand Theft Scratchy a game for kids, but a logo fell on her, crushing her to death, as Lisa, Marge and Poochie look on.
