Citizenship is a board game which the Simpson family owns a copy of. Bart and Lisa have not played the game in years, and are uninterested in playing it again when Marge suggests it. Having nothing better to do thanks to Springfield's new curfew, they reluctantly agree to play it, but this is cut short because the game's hippo is missing.
