Homer's cousin is a distant "cousin" of Homer Simpson who visibly despised his cousins' life. He is a farmer.
History[]
While looking for Marge on the coast, Homer, Bart and Lisa stopped at Homer's cousins's house. During the dinner, the cousins asked Homer how Marge is. Homer said that she was killed by a falling air conditioner and as part of settlement, her funeral was air conditioned. He then went to use the outhouse, which turned out to be a recording studio. The cousin and his son later saved Homer from the sea. He asked Homer how many fingers he is holding up. Faint Homer called him a "poor dumb country mouse" that can't even count.
Bart asks their son how exactly they are related and the son shows picture of two dogs: "Our dogs are brothers". Bart responds with: "Oh yeah."
