Howard, Jr. is the son of Howard and current owner of Howard's Flowers.
History
Marge visited his shop to buy some white, red and blue roses for her and Homer's third wedding, Howard's son told her there are no blue roses. Angry Marge wanted to talk to Howard, only to find out he had died 10 years ago. Later, Howard's son was able to get blue roses for Marge's and Homer's fourth wedding. However, thanks to frantic genetic engineering, they were predatory, with mouths full of shark fangs.
In his second appearance, he is named and is seen in a meeting complaining about senior citizens being happier and their happiness affecting the success of funeral services.
