Howard is the cool kid with the sunglasses at Noiseland Video Arcade who teaches Homer how to beat Bart at video-game boxing.

History

Howard is first seen playing a round of Super Slugfest at the Noiseland Video Arcade, while holding a record of 200 fights with his original quarter. Homer then asks Howard to teach him to play as good as him. Reluctant at first, Howard asks Homer to first bark like a dog. After Howard teaches Homer how to beat Bart, his mother comes in and drags him away. She then scolds Homer for playing video games with little children.
