History

During the Springfield heatwave, Bart and Lisa hear the Ice Cream Man driving down their street. They run to it in excitement, but are disappointed to hear he was just announcing he had none left.

Later, he drives the Fudge Brothers Van. When Homer Simpson accidentally caused a meltdown at the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant, he stole the man's van so he could get to the plant quickly enough.
