He appeared on the "Timeline of Trouble". His band The Stooges created punk music in 1969 in Ann Arbror, Michigan, eight years too late for the punk movement.
The Iggy Pop hit "Lust For Life" plays when Bart and Lisa run around London on a sugar high in "The Regina Monologues".
